Return & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Organic Goddess. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Organic Goddess reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
